Request deletion of your data

Encore Systems Limited provides this page for people who want personal information, including Meta Platform Data, deleted from Encore applications and connected customer-service workspaces.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@encore-system.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request”. In the message, include enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant data:

- your full name and preferred contact information;
- the Encore product, customer workspace, or connected business you interacted with;
- the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or WhatsApp Business number;
- your Meta app-scoped identifier, conversation reference, or approximate interaction date, if known; and
- a clear description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

What happens next

Encore Systems will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited additional information to verify identity, authority, and the correct customer workspace. After verification, we will delete or de-identify applicable personal information and Meta Platform Data from active systems, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or another lawful obligation.

We aim to acknowledge a valid request within seven days and complete verified deletion within thirty days, unless applicable law requires a different period or the request is unusually complex. We will explain any justified delay.

Disconnecting Meta access

You may also remove the Encore application from the connected-app, Business Integration, Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business settings provided by Meta. Disconnecting stops future access where applicable, but it may not delete information already stored for an authorized purpose. Submit a deletion request if you also want stored information removed.

Data controlled by an Encore customer

When Encore processes information on behalf of a business customer, we may coordinate the request with that customer or its authorized workspace administrator. You may contact the business directly, but you can always contact Encore Systems using the email address above.
